SeoulRadio/HLG

Seoul Radio is a South Korea coastal radio station ship to shore communications, now a subdivision of KT Corporation, also known as KT (formerly Korea Telecom).
The used callsigns are: HLF/HLG/HLJ/HLO/HLW/HLW2 in service H24, running their wheels and sending traffic lists.

reported frequencies
there's no lower frequencies in the 4 and 6 MHz bands but I suppose if they mainly work ships in the daytime there's no need for nightime frequencies: the guess is that they use high frequencies in the broad daylight and drops down to only 8MHz at night.
